About Us - Our History

In 1950, Frank Cox set out to establish an independent insurance agency that would protect his clients from the adversities that might come their way. Today, our mission remains the same: "Provide quality insurance for each client and give ongoing service that exceeds client expectations".

In maintaining our founder's original commitment to his clients, Cox Insurance does more than provide insurance protection. As an advocate for the customer, we represent you through the underwriting process, design and placement of coverage, and will help you through the entire claims process. We adhere to Frank Cox's time-tested business principles: integrity, and a commitment to taking care of the customer first while striving to service your policies above your expectations. One way we demonstrate this is by our annual personal insurance reviewal process.

In keeping with our agency's values we are thankful to be able to give back to the community. Since October 2004, Cox Insurance has organized and sponsored Soup It Up For Kids. This organization is committed to supporting programs, which are directly involved with the future of our community and that have a positive influence on our youth.
