Cassie has served in operations leadership roles since 2010 and holds an MBA. Prior to joining Cox Insurance, she served as Vice President of Operations for a professional services organization, where she focused on building strong teams and the operational systems needed to support growth while maintaining a high standard of service for clients and their families.
