Cox insurance is excited to announce the addition of Cassie Robinson as Integrator and Chief Operations Officer, a key leadership role focused on strengthening execution, scaling operations, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
Cassie brings more than 15 years of experience in operations leadership across healthcare and professional services, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for a national organization. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to translate strategy into execution—building scalable systems, strengthening teams, and improving performance across complex environments.

In her new role, Cassie will focus on enhancing operational infrastructure, aligning teams around clear priorities, and ensuring the organization is well-positioned to scale while maintaining a strong client experience.

Cassie holds a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
