The Culture Committee at Cox Insurance was established to:
- Enhance the values-based culture at Cox Insurance through collaboration, giving, and fun.
- Provide opportunities for individual staff members to make an impact on the organization.
The committee is made up of five energetic staff members who serve four month terms and then appoint their successors.
