BACKGROUND
Following graduation from Lawrence University, Caitlin began to build her professional career in the hospitality industry. After 15+ years honing her skills in service excellence, Caitlin joined Cox Insurance in 2022. She is the 4th generation of her family to be in the insurance business in Minnesota.

ON THE SIDE
Caitlin loves to be outside, especially playing pickle ball, tennis, hiking, and exploring new places. She also enjoys participating in a bowling league with her friends and checking out new restaurants. Each summer she looks forward to volunteering at the World’s Oldest Rodeo in Prescott, Arizona.
