Role Overview
As a Client Manager, you will play an integral part of our personal lines experience team, whose primary focus is to create exceptional client experiences through collaboration with Advisors and other team members. This role has a 2:1 client service ratio to meet the needs and desires of our loyal and well-established base of clients, who appreciate and need our added attention to detail. In this position, you will build lasting relationships with both internal and external clients and serve as the first point of contact once a policy has been sold.
In this role as a Client Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all account activities are completed by responding in a swift manner to queries and concerns and utilizing the agencies client management system to maintain accurate and up-to date account documentation.
You will also support agency renewal initiatives and remarket accounts as needed; process changes to existing accounts, address client billing concerns, take incoming calls, report losses, and provide claim follow-up.
As a Client Manager, success is defined by exceeding client expectations and continuing to build and maintain strong client relationships. You are an important piece to ensuring client satisfaction!
